This is my story
Hello im Brian ,up to the beggining of last year i was ok,My weight allways remainesd stable.Then i had a severe chest virus and had to go long term on steroids.My weight simply escalated with those and inactivity.In Sept last year i was made redundant adding to my woe.Yesterday i went to see my GP,who has put me on Xenicol.I weightd this morning and i was 250lbs massive ,,not only am i uncomfertable with it ,,i really want to lose the excess,so someone told me about this site ,,as im new im a little lost ,,and if anyone sees this would love tips on how to acheive weight loss."0 years ago i packed in smoking ,,as i used to smoke 60 a day then ,but being honest losing weight is far more harder
