This is my story
I have eaten a predominantly veggie diet since 1991, very high in carbs & low in protein. Weight has yo-yoed for years, and I have recently been suffering from extreme sugar cravings / blood-sugar spikes & troughs. On reaching 15st 5lb, I decided to do something about it, and started 'Neris & India's Idiot-Proof Diet' 3 weeks ago. I have lost over a stone (10lb of it in 1st week), and the sugar cravings have completely gone. Still got over 2 stone to lose!
