This is my story
At school and in my teens, I was always the skinny one. Since then I've very gradually put on more and more weight due to too much hand to mouth action and not enough exercise!
Living in town as a non driver I used to walk everywhere, and when I was single, I only had room for a fridge with an icebox. Back then I could only buy what I could carry and ate mainly fresh foods. I worked in town which was a 1/2 hr walk away, since being with my hubby we moved to the country, and have to drive to get anywhere.
So for the last 12 years I've been putting on weight very slowly, and failing at so many diets.

14.11.2008 - 4 stone lost half way there!!!!
14.01.2009 - 5 stone gone
30.01.2009 - 34 bags of sugar less to carry!!!
11.03.2009 - 6 Stone Gone for good
15.06.2009 - 7 Stones off! My BMI is in the Normal range
