This is my story
I am married with 3 children and have always been on the large side. I used to own a pub and then a newsagents so have traditionally not eaten at regular times or very heathily. I have tried all the diets going and found that I lost 4 stone successfully three times with weight watchers. Problem is I cannot keep it off!! In January 2008 I had a gastric band fitted, since pre-op preparation until now I have lost 2 stone 4 pounds which I am pleased at because hopefully this time any loss will stay off. I had my first fill two weeks ago and lost 4 ponds immediately after but have stabalized for the past week and half not losing any more.
