This is my story
I'm 57 years old and have constantly dieted since I was about 30 years old I am finding it VERY difficult to loose weight now at the age I am. I feel old and frumpy my son was married last wek and I felt fat at the wedding I am going on holiday in December and want to be slimmer by then.
I am 12.st 9lbs and about 5ft.6inch.
I have always been successfull dieting in the past, then put it back on. In 1888 I was 9st 8lbs. I realise I could never do that again but 10/1/2 would be fantastic.
