This is my story
Been there done it, got the whole wardrobe of t-shirts. Done pills, LL, Cambridge, Lipotrim, WW, RCDF, Scottish Slimmers..... 2008 is a new start. I have a new tool - my band, and so far am loving it.
Was banded in mid April 08 and have lost 85lbs so far. Gone from 18 stones to 11.13 to date, size 24 to a baggy size 14.
I now work out at the gym, am even running - something I'd never thought I could do. I'm so proud of myself. My band is amazing. Best money I have ever spent.
