I have been overweight since childhood and have dieted most of my adult life,losing stones and putting them back on. I am a comfort eater,get stressed easily and turn to sweet stuff.Now,I want to lose the weight and keep it off and I want to change my habits with regard to food.I also want to eat a healthier diet.
