This is my story
my name is valerie i am 50 and fed up with being fat, my weight has yo-yoed through the years going between 150 and present weight of 190lbs nothing fits me i have two wardrobes full of clothes that i cannot fit into some still have labels on which i bought just in case i lost weight. i am getting to the stage here i don't want to go out anywhere as i feel so self consious, i have my daughters wedding in malta september 09 so am aimimg to lose weight for that i would love to be 150lbs by then hopefully this site will give me the incentive and motivation i need.
