This is my story
I have battled with my weight since my teens,tried every diet going I know what I should eat but sometimes you need a treat but now I am treating myself more than I should and after having open heart surgery nearly 4 years ago I decided that I had been given a new start in life I did start to lose weight but now I am noticing the scales going up again and need to get back on track, i have a very slim husband who can eat anything and a growing son who don't know what a battle I go through on a daily basis I am quite fit yesterday we did a sponsored 31-mile cycle ride for the British Heart Foundation
