This is my story
hello my name is annette i am 42 years young and i have been big all my adult life and have tried every diet known to man, i am a cook in a resisential home for the elderly and have a 22 year old daughter who also struggles with her weight and i have a wonderful partner who i am marrying next year and who i think i drive nuts by continualy keeping on about my weight and what diet im doing next he just wishes i could be comfortable with my self as he loves me big or small and does not realy understand my obsession wwith being thin i have lost weight and then put it all back on again , then lost it again and put it allback on again which i find very deppresing i have currently lost two stone but have about another three or four to go. i also believe that fat is to do with your genes as all my family strugle with they weight, i deffinately have a big problem with food i have been hypnotised and that did not work ithink i would literally try anything to loose weight ,
