This is my story
Hi, ive battled on and off all of my adult life with my weight, tried every diet going and am a typical yo yo dieter, im 39 and have 4 children, 20,17,14,4, also have twin grandaughters of 1year, my kids have suffered as a result of having a fat mum (kids are so cruel) so b4 my youngest goes to skool im determined she wont have a fat mummy. im single and have been since my other half died in january 05 in an accident on his way to work, my youngest was just 4 months old, after losing weight through grief, it all came back with a vengence and more ,when i started to get my appetite back. this year is my year, im ready to start dating if it ever happens, and want to be healthy confident and happy, ive had a gastric band done on the 10th july 08 and its all positive from here, im sooo glad to have found this site and to talk to other ppl in the same situation...lisa xx
