This is my story
I am at present a very desperate lady who has struggled with her weight for 37 years and wish now that I had never ever embarked on my first diet after the birth of my first son. For years I have dieted lost the weight and put it all back on and more. I have now just had enough of this and have decided to have a gastric band. I have been saving for some time so this is not being done on a whim as I have had to go without holidays etc (not that I have enjoyed life lately having no confidence to go anywhere).
I am now very interested in others who have already had the gastric band fitted and what their experiences are because this is my last ditch attempt and am so afraid of it not working.
