This is my story
I am a divorced mother of one, who has been yo yo dieting for over the last 20 years. I have tried nearly every diet on the market, had small successes then put on weight again shortly after losses.
I had a gastric band fitted just over 3 weeks ago, and believe it was the right decision for me. I know I am not going to be slim over night and that I have still got to be disciplined, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.
