This is my story
when I was growing up I was always a bit over weight, always one of the last to picked for for sports team at school! Then I had my children (two) in twenties and the weight just piled on. I have done the usual things, ie weight watchers, slimming world, hypnosis etc, I would lose a couple of stone the put it back with a little more on top. I am really thinking of the band now as my last chance!
