This is my story
I have tried many diets over the years , the most successful being Lighterlife where I lost 6st . I didn't keep it off though and I am now nearly back to the heaviest I have ever been .
Food has always been both my friend and enemy , I decided to make a life changing decision and have a bypass operation , which took place at St Richards on the 6th November.
I know that the operation alone is not going to change my life for me ..I need to change . I'm ready and at the time in my life where I feel mentally strong enough to face the challenges ahead of me.
