This is my story
hi, I'm Kelly, im 25 and I've got a four year old daughter and an eighteen month old son and a husband who is trying to lose a few pounds too. I secretly had a gastric band fitted five weeks ago, ive lost about 22lbs and im feeling very good. the only people who know about my op is my husband, mum, sister and a very close friend. I found the pre op diet hard but the stage im at now is even harder (having to eat pureed food). My friend and family are noticing im losing weight and i keep telling them that im been really good healthy eating and swimming which i am doing. so in some ways im doing a Fern. lets hope it doesnt bite me on the bum. I do feel a bit guilty but im not ready to tell them what ive had done yet (and i might never want to).
