This is my story
hi. im sarah. i have had the big yes to having gastric band surgery on the nhs 2 years ago in march .
I have struggled all my life with weight and have gone between 23 and 15 stone in the last 3 years!!! after doing the lighterlife programme im sure some of you will have tried it to. its like slim fast but to the extreme! and some where in the middle at the min after failling as always to stay at my smallest. i also have been diagnosed with a thyroid problem last march so loosing the battle big time at the min.. whimper :0(
I would eventually like to be able to get to around 11 stone as i know ill never be a size 10 !! i dont think i would know how to be a skinny person!! lol
hovering back around a 18-20 at the min and soo low after getting to a 14/16 jeans when on lighter life 3 years ago , but we all know what its like ups and downs, so im trying my very best at the min to get back in to work outs in stead of pig outs!!!
