This is my story
hi, im angie im a housewife age 37, my weight has crept on over the years ,i think you get in that comfortable stage in life and seem to let yourself go,now i look back and think why. so here goes another diet another few pounds each week down the drain and for what to pack it all in after a few weeks and hey presto 2 months down the line yes you guessed it im fatter than ever..so heres hoping this site will give me the will power to battle the bulge..im married have 3 children 20, 18 and 13 and have a grandaughter nearly 2. sometimes i feel its me against the world as no one knows how i struggle with my weight. i slipped my disc when i was around 21 and was unable to get about so the weight piled on to around 14.5 stone, over the years having children didnt help as it made my back even weaker i now suffer from spondylitis which at times can be unbearable and find myself comfort eating to nag the pain,i suffer with high blood pressure and two years ago had a breast cancer scare that totally knocked me down thank god im ok...i want to say yes i love everything about myself but i find it hard to look in the mirror and except the person looking back at me.so heres hoping i will gain some friends in the same boat as me...
