This is my story
Hi, My name is Siobhan I've been married to Andrew my fab husband for one year and have a gorgeous 9 year old step son, I'm a supervisory TA in a special school. I have been over weight from about the age of 9 and have been on and off various diets since the age of 13 when i was put on my first GP's high fibre diet and it's been up and down hill from there for the last 23 years. In the past the most i have lost is four stone but put that back on over a couple of years, i am at the point now where i know what i should be doing (I could write my own diet book) but knowing and doing are two different things. I just can't do it on my own anymore, I NEED HELP!!!!! I don't want to be this me any more i want to me the me i dream of.
