This is my story
Ive had a lot of problems in my life due to the way i have been treated by my mum and food has been my comfort. I ve been receiving counselling for the last year and i feel a lot better now. Only thing is i still dont like myself because of my weight but this is the last thing to get sorted. I am also on anti depressants due to a breakdown early last year but i have started to cut them down since boxing day on doctors advice.
