This is my story
Hi I have struggled with my weight on and off for all my life, I can't say I have ever been thin. but I have been comfortable. I have tried every diet going you name I have been there done that and bought the cookery books !!! In Sept 2008 enough was enough and I took the drastic steps of having a gastric band fitted, I have a brilliant Surgeon who talks sense to me and agrees with me that it is long run not a short sprint. I trust him implicitly.
I look forward to the day when life will not be such an uphill battle with my weight and I can walk into a shop and buy anything I like not just because it fits and looks ok.
