This is my story
I am a 57 year old woman with a partner of 25 years this year, he is 15 years my junior! I am a Mum to two grown up daughters and I have one Grandson, I have struggled with my weight since I was 20 years old! I have been on so many diets that I have lost count of them! I have joined three slimming clubs to no avail, I lose the weight, but put it back on :( I`ve probably lost a couple of people over the years!!
I need encouragement to stick to this!! I`m on the left in the red on the photo :)
