This is my story
i had my 3rd child last year, after a big break from my other 2 who are 12 and 10, i put on a couple of stone with him, but then while breast feeding put on more, im now so depressed i wont even go to my husbands work do's or any thing, ive moved to a new area and dont no a soul ! ive been trying weight watchers but nothing is happening ive even cut down the points they say i should have, im at a loss really as what to do who to talk to about it, my husband understands but as a soldier he is alot fitter then me, and doesnt seem to understand how hard exercise is at this size. apart from that im happy kids doing well and make me giggle all the time
