This is my story
Been up and down for years now. Was almost 19 stone and have managed to lose 4 stone over the years but can't seem to break the 15 stone barrier. I have realised that I never eat 'normally', I am either on a diet or bingeing. I need to think like a slim person.

On an 'upward slide' at the moment and now back to 17 stone. Today, June 22, I am 53 and enough is enough. My Dr says that I have no chance of NHS surgery and having been made redundant recently, I just can't use my savings for a private op, I need them to live off!

Inspired by "The Biggest Loser' on ITV, I have given myself a birthday gift of a 3 month gym membership. In this time I am going to go at least 4 times a week and keep to a low fat healthy eating plan. Exercise certainly worked for the people of The Biggest Loser, it helped the losses and kept them motivated. I need to make it work for me.

I'll keep you updated!
