This is my story
I have been a yo-yo dieter for as long as I can remember but now I'm getting older and with various medical problems I know I have to do my best to get the weight off once and for all.
I am hoping by joining this site I will meet like minded women who I will be able to encourage and in return they will encourage me to lose weight and most importantly keep it off.
