This is my story
I have always been big, only once did I get down to my so-called ideal weight of 129 pounds, but I looked thin and ill. However I am unhealthily large now, and even my eldest daughter called me fat. But it was a student at the school asking if I was having a boy when I gave birth months ago that finally spurred me. I want to stop feeling ashamed of how I look, to regain my confidence and sparkle, to be healthy yet still on the plus side as I look better at about a size 14. I know the average is size 16 but you need height too to carry that off! I want to live to see my grandkids have kids...
