This is my story
Hi - I'm 49, married with 2 gorgeous girls and have a good job in a primary school as office manager. I have yo-yo dieted all my life and am so sick of it! I am worried now that my weight will have an affect on my long term health. Am going to rejoin Rosemary Conley on Tuesday as I need the support and I like the exercise. I need a buddy or 2 to talk to as being fat can be a lonely business!!
