This is my story
I am a food addict that has tried every diet, considered gastric band, but am seeing a private eating disorder therapist. after many sessions we have decided the best route for me is to abstain from sugar and refined flour for a period of time, that maybe for life! The date set is 2nd november 2009 this gives me time to prepare mentally, but im expecting it to be the hardest thing I have ever done! I would like to find some friends who understand my stuggles.
