This is my story
I'm a 46 year old single mum of a daughter who is 11 and work full time as a Medical Secretary. My weight has always gone up and down - last lost a lot of weight before my marriage broke up and then lost a lot more afterwards! But since then have gradually put all the weight back on. Saw this webpage whilst looking for a calorie counting page and hope it wil help towards motivating me to actually stick to a diet for more than a week or two, which is all I have managed for the last seven years!
