This is my story
Hi im Ashley im 25 and have recently had a gastric band fitted in July, I have had 2 fills but i can still eat relatively large portions most days but i do find restriction when i eat too. I have searched and searched online for similar stories but came accross this and thought id give it a shot to hear from other people some advice.
