This is my story
hi i am sue i have never been thin but i am the biggest now i have ever been .I have been a yo yo dieiter nearly all my adult life but i am 60 years old do not look or feel it i have once again joined weight watchers and would like the help and determination to carry it through this time not just for vanity but before it starts affecting my health and would really like to look like i did when i got married to give my husband a treat because he never once complains about my size he says he loves me for who i am , i am sure he mainly says it so he does nt hurt my feelings bless him.my excess weight came after stopping smoking then the menopause then a hysterectomy.at the moment my stomach looks like a bumbag it starts narrow at the sides and goes wider to the front lladies at the slimming club laugh and agree with me if you do not laugh you would be in continual tears i would love to have a lot slimmer christmas for once and definately no fat summer next year.Yes may i agree that you dont have to stuff your face like people think,and yes the more you try to diet the more you dont its loosing battle.It will be nice to talk to a buddy to have a laugh,a cry,or just encourage one another.
