This is my story
I have had weight problems all my life. I was very overweight as a child. Doctor put me on a diet when I was 11, and I have been on and off diets ever since. 3 years ago, I had my "big loss" on total food replacement diet. It literally changed my life.
I have struggled since then to keep the weight off, and by and large have maintained, which I'm DELIGHTED with.
However, I am compelled to find out exactly WHY food is such and issue with me. I don't understand why it has controlled my life for so long, and why is makes every day a daily battle.
Only came on this web site today. Have been on You Tube all day looking at Anne's videos. They are just fantastic. I love the idea of this site - there's nothing like it anywhere.
