This is my story
I've always been big,even as a child.I was put on my first diet,by the doctor,at the age of 9! Since then I've been on just about every diet there is...I even lost 2 and a half stones with slimming world once,on one of the occasions I tried it! But then all that happens with each of these diets is that I eventually crack and starting eating everything in sight again and pile on all the weight that I've lost,plus at least another half stone.
I have finally come to the conclusion that a diet just isn't going to do it for me and am starting to look into having a gastric band fitted.....fingers crossed it'll work,as I really need it to.
