This is my story
12 months ago I was depressed, ill and felt I had no future which was scary to say the least with three children and 2 grandchildren, no future was not what I wanted.In March after concerns about my health and high BP I was referred for Gastric Band, within 12 weeks it was in and that was on the NHS! Someone was watching over me for sure. Now at 5stones 6lbs down I have just had my third fill and restricton is good. My goals are flexible right now and may change as I progress. We shall see.
