Seem to have spent my life dieting and have lost and gained in excess of 40 stone in the last 20 years! feel like I've tried most things (Cambridge, lighterlife, slimming world, ww, OA etc) but nothing has stuck. Finally 'given in' and requested help. On a waiting list for a gastric by-pass ....
