This is my story
hi, i am a hypnotherapist living in the west midlands. i am also a licensed practitioner of the hypno-band weight loss system.
i use this method on clients, through hypnosis, and am currently also having it done, its amazing, without thinking about food, i have already after only 1 session reduced the amount i want to eat, not just how much i can eat, but importantly for me how much i feel i want to eat, food at the moment is being eaten, to live, i do not feel like i am living to eat the next meal, i feel really positive and will keep you imformed of my weight lose, and i am here if anyone wishes to learn more about the hypno-band.maybe i can get some'clients' to add to this forum.
