This is my story
Have dieted most of my adult life. Have been successful on many occassions having lost a maximum 6 stones a few years ago. Since then I have dieted intensively only to yo-yo up and down, with each attempt gaining interest every time. I finallu sucummed to having a gastric band fitted two months ago. However, to-date I havent managed to loose any weight other than the initial few pounds whilst on liquid only. I am now at my wits end - I have spent all the money I had and am still miserably fat and getting more and more depressed with each day that passes.
