This is my story
I am Janette I have 3 children I was only slim as a tenager after getting married I put on weight approx 2 stone after having my 3rd child who is nearly 15 I never really lost the weight.I started dieting ten years ago and over them years I have lost 5 stone every 2 years by healthy eating and exercise only to put it back on.
I have just returned from brussels after having a gastric band fitted throuigh wls
