This is my story
Hi, My name is Jose. I have been a yoyo dieter since i was 16 years old. losing a couple of stone and then putting it back on plus a few pound more every time. Last year i lost 5 and 1/2 stone on Lighterlife and since September last year i have put 3 stone back on. I am devastated that i have allowed myself to pile it back on after all the hard work. I felt fantastic this time last year, Why have i done this to myself again. I simply cannot keep up the dieting. I have been to see a consultant and have decided to have a gastric Band. I will be hving my surgey on 21st Aug.
