This is my story
Newbie to this! heard about it from an old school FB friend. I'm about to start Diet Chef and could do with all the support I can get!!
I'm a mummy to a gorgeous daughter, whose 15 months- have been trying to loose weight since she was born but to no luck, my diabetes went out of control in pregnancy and I really want to get the weight off before trying for another baby.
I'm a clinical nurse specialist so do some shift work which doesn't really help my bad eating habits. We have also booked a big family cruise to Barbados in Novemeber and I'd love to be slimmer for that!!
