This is my story
Hi everyone i have gained alot of during my time as a child i was fit and healthy. I work in an office and i do little exercise always try to motivate myself by doing exercise but still cannot. I hope i can find a buddy that can motivate me and we can share ideas with one another. As a new member i'd be grateful if anyone can give me ideas and motivate me please.
